This event is a singles mixed gender event, open to players of all levels. UTR Ratings are used for seeding purposes and draw composition - all matches involving British players are now being submitted towards players Universal Tennis Rating & ITF World Tennis Number.

Matches throughout the week will take place in the afternoon/evening

Monday - Division 5

Tuesday - Division 4

Wednesday - Division 3

Thursday - Division 2

Friday - Division 1

Saturday - All Division Finals Day

Players must be ready to play on their allocated start day

Top 12 players will commence NB 2pm Friday 25th July 2025 (at the end of county week)

Format -

This is an open mixed gender, singles event that welcomes all competitive tennis players, young and old, male and female. Level-based matchplay will be ensured by splitting players up into 5 divisions based on their UTR rating. Players can expect to play two matches per day with the four semi-finalists of each division progressing through to the next division to challenge themselves against higher rated players, whilst also being given the opportunity to win out and life the trophy in their own division. A truly progressive format, which allows all challengers to win their way through to the final stages of the event.

All five divisional Finals will be played out on the final day of the event (Saturday).

Scoring format will be best of three set matches - Matches will be two full tie-break sets, plus championship tie-break deciding set. NB In the event of inclement weather, scoring format may be revised.

Open to male and female players off ALL ages, with a recommended UTR of 5.0 upwards - level-based and progressive matches for all.

Entries -

2pm on Thursday, 18th July 2025 OR when entries are full. Draw sizes will be limited with entries based on a first come first served basis.

Entry & Withdrawal deadline are one and the same. Any withdrawal received after this time, will not receive an entry fee refund.

Entry and withdrawal deadline are one and the same, meaning any withdrawal received after the entry deadline has passed will not be eligible for a refund of entry fee. Entry fees are fully refundable if your withdrawal is received before the deadline.
